Just love seeing a rack full of Auto5's covering each year and version made while munching on jerky (thought it was a hot dog) of dubious origin, and fingering a limited edition beanie baby, and having my eyeglasses cleaned by the magic cleans-all guy. Sad thing is they're the only game in this area.
And for what its worth; Collinsville is as much a part of SOUTHERN Illinois as Peoria is. We proudly draw our 'Mason/Dixon' line at I-64. despite it including the pesthole of East St. Louis.
It would appear that Mr. Leckrone has organized his LAST gun show - although I doubt he realizes it, yet. I would imagine that he will be shocked when the next scheduled event has few, if any, vendors and even fewer attendees. Those of us who take our 2A rights seriously tend to frown on this kind of spineless capitulation - we also tend to hold a grudge.
They "say" they support the "shall not be infringed" language of the 2A, and then turn right around and support background checks, NFA, the GCA of 68, FOPA of 86, etc.
They like to think of themselves as reasonable and these gun control measures as sensible instead of what they are: an infringement on a natural right that should be repealed or openly resisted with force of arms.
