Janet Napolitano is a bull-dyke. She probably is into small toys, but they have nothing to do with surveillance. Back to the issue, if these new toys are low flying, a shotgun should be able to bring them into range for close up viewing and examination. One question begs to be answered:How close must the operator be (White box van, or truck) to the target area? Anyone with expertise in this area? If it's within a mile, they will not fit in, in this rural area and earn a visit.

She just love's little toy's that make buzzing sound's.
Those 1W blue spectrum lasers can't be good for the drones CCDs, which would greatly increase their operational costs.
Small drones... aren't those TSA agents under 4'11"??
