Praxis: REMF's back down on P-Mag ban. The previous clarification rescinding the original clarification has itself been re-clarified. Is that clear?

Army Now Says No Ban on Rifle Magazines.
The Pentagon has clarified the Army’s stance on a recent safety message that effectively banned a certain high-performance, commercial M4 magazine, which means soldiers can keep using their PMAGs.

What a money consuming, useless bunch of shitheads. Now that they've "left it up to" individual commanders, watch 'em lean hard on anyone who doesn't see things their way.

Geee, senator, sure would benefit our boys to have those new repeating rifles! NO! We can't do that! Why, we got plenty of those smooth bore muskets, besides new weapons are expensive and there ain't no money for that. Besides, I got this here contractor in my state that's building these new rifles....
