Chihuahua State demands answers:“The weapons from the United States, not only have taken the lives of Mexican citizens, but Americans have also died."

Chihuahua Requests response from Obama about the more than 2,000 firearms the ATF intentionally let enter Mexico.

No State has seen more violent gun crime in Mexico as has Chihuahua , it is home to the most dangerous city in the world “Ciudad Juárez”.

In total there have been more than 35,000 killings in all of Mexico attributed to gun crimes ever since the beginning of the Drug War, of which most guns have been illegally sent from United States into Mexico by gun runners. Now Mexico finds out that over two thousand guns had been intentionally let in to the country by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

“A more aggressive response is required from Chihuahua and The Mexican Government with respect to the nearly 2,000 weapons deliberately let enter Mexico and thus get into the hands of Cartels , this by the ATF and American authorities operating “Fast and Furious”. said Rep. Flores Viramontes

“The weapons from the United States, not only have taken the lives of Mexican citizens, but Americans have also died, as is the Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer Jaime Zapata killed in San Luis Potosí “.- said Rep. Flores Viramontes.

Flores Viramontes emphasized that the government of Felipe Calderónthe & officials in the Mexican Government should make a strong response to the Barack Obama, And demanded that the federal government should not act with warmth to this flagrant violation of Mexican sovereignty by the North American government.

of course those guns have killed people , and will continue to kill people.

you can see the atf logs and see mexico has traced some of the guns to murders.and those are only the ones they confiscated thus far. what about theother thousand...; March 15, 2011 at 11:33 PM
