The ORIGINAL gathering place for a merry band of Three Percenters. (As denounced by Bill Clinton on CNN!)
Litmus success, cot'd...
hmm which gang is worse the trigger happy cirruot5 tax feeders or the bikers? I'm not sure
It's not the system that boggles my mind, it's the brain-dead people they stick on a Grand Jury and that can be led by the nose by a D.A. that boggles my mind. The summer before last I sat on a GJ; but I came armed with a healthy knowledge of common-law (you know, the thing the framers of the constitution had in mind when writing it) and the ability to stay awake through hours of testimony and evidence when others would have indicted their grandmother just to get the heck out of there. Although my fellow jurors noticed the look of horror on an A.D.A.'s face when I asked him for the definitions of the words "drive", "operate", and "motor vehicle" (all pertain to "commercial" or "for hire" according to USC Title 18 section 31) during a DUI case, they couldn't wrap their minds around the fact that we have been being bamboozled all these decades into thinking it pertains to us in our personal travel...It's not easy deprogramming the brainwashed masses...So don't be surprised if the GJ finds that the bikers shot themselves with imaginary Star Wars light sabers and the gun smoke coming from the cops guns was actually no more than harmless fairy dust..
So the Matrix screwed up and included Mr Anderson in the list.Neo took the red pill, I wish I had not.The sheep don't want to see the truth.JMc
My mind isn't boggled. They set up Waco 2 and they have strung it out long enough to get it for free. This was the plan all along.
GJ Anonymous-I was picked for jury duty. My number was pulled and I showed up. I was given a questionnaire and a pen to fill it out. It was a simple one. What is your work history, some moral and ethical questions thrown in. The last question I remember vividly was "If you are presented testimony from a law enforcement officer, would you find it truthful and without question?". I wrote "NO". I handed my questionnaire back along with the other jurors. The clerk went through them and started calling names off of who were dismissed. I was dismissed. So were 10 other people. As we walked out, I asked them how did they answer the last question? All of them relied with "I filled in NO".The court system is rigged even before the accused steps foot into the court room. It proved to me the court system does not like jurors that think for themselves.
GJ - It was a trick question. You should have answered " I would weigh testimony and evidence and the law the same for each and every witness called. The "NO" answer is as bad as the "YES" answer in their eyes. Your answer functioned as if you said you could tell a guilty man by looking at them. Not that you meant it that way, but that is how they take it. People talk about how hard it is, supposedly, to get out of jury duty? Yeah right, it is actually hard to get on jury duty.
Last time I got drawn I just applied for disqualification on that basis, saved myself the wait. You can probably do that by email most places, and certainly by mail. Just note that you will have trouble believing any testimony offered by someone who violates the Constitution for a living, such as members of [insert name of local PD], and that you would refuse to convict anyone in a case based predominantly on such testimony. If they let you serve on a jury anyway, then hey, make the most of it.
