Another sweetheart deal for Brian Terry's murderers.

Plea deal given to man indicted in murder of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry
Burboa's 30 year sentence is in line with the sentence handed to Manuel Osorio-Arellanes, the man wounded during the firefight. Osorio-Arellanes faced life but was ultimately sentenced to 30 years in 2012. Jaime Avila, Jr., the Operation Fast and Furious gunbuyer who purchased the two AK-47s found at the murder scene was also sentenced in 2012. He received a 57 month sentence.
ProteinWisdom comments: "Obama’s DOJ quietly gives plea deal to Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s murderer."
Obama could not afford to allow this to go to trial and expose his #FastandFurious debacle to defense discovery. So a vicious murderer will eventually walk. For Obama and his ilk, people aren’t really people; they are valued only by their usefulness to The Narrative. Brian Terry was expendable.

Well, now we know WHO he is, WHERE he is, and how long he'll be there.
I'm sure one of Terry's friends can arrange his schedule to meet Mr Murderer when he's released.

All you pigs watching this? There's room under Obama's bus for you, too.

Remember how the Nazis, in their street fightin' days, always got their boys off the hook for all kinds of bullshit, and made their own into national martyrs (Horst Wessel comes to mind) when they paid the Big Bill? Oldest tricks are the best ones, eh?

Simple solution. Criminalize any dealings made by prosecutors. Any charge they levy MUST go to full trial, even if a guilty plea is entered... that way, a plea deal doesn't disallow the discovery process - or a true sentencing.

Striping away both prosecutorial discretion and qualified immunity are two of the most needed steps in returning justice to our "system".
