Oh, well, if the old man was "ARGUMENTATIVE" I guess that excuses everything. Slight Overkill: Authorities Send Armored Car and 24 Deputies to Collect Civil Judgment From 75 -Year-Old Man
1. What's the MRAP for? You say it's to make him come out, but you don't need him to serve a property seizure warrant, you just seize the property. Didn't you say you needed 24 deputies to haul off $80k worth of tractors?
2. WTF is the roadblock for, to stop his attorney, or was that just blind luck?
3. What gives you the power to arrest (if you're wearing cuffs, you're under arrest) a man for not obeying your orders on his property?
I bet the officers all wept afterward - because they didn't get to kill any pets or flashbomb any infants. Tsk tsk. I must say it takes all the balls in the world to go after a 75 year old man! He might have had a concealed walker!! Or been versed in the lethal Chinese art of Cane-Fu.
Any 75-year old man who puts up with this sort of thing deserves the reaming he's going to get. Sorry I can't be sympathetic. Here's a bit of Patrick Henry to remind us:
"Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"
I wonder how well that armored car will run if somebody slips some sugar, lacquer or other funny stuff into the fuel tank? I was told once about a couple of empty 5 gallon cans of lacquer or shellac were found near the fuel tanks of an Indy gas mart. Was told that the replacement car engines ran into the millions of $$$$$ from locked-up engines. Just an observation.

Too bad we didn't hear about this in advance and supply this old man with a case or two of Claymores and a squad auto-weapon.
