The disclosure was pre-planned because they intended to spin a new lie, no surprise there.
Rep. Dave Camp implies that this is a new phenomenon, the federal government turning its full weight against ordinary Americans to harass and intimidate them; and then asks "Is this America"? No. not for many years now! Bill Clinton did the same thing when HE was prez, too!! And BUSH DID IT TOO, targeting antiwar activists and anyone who spoke out against the Orwellian police state that was constructed during his watch!
Wall Street Journal says "No ordinary scandal". Sorry, this is NO surprise to those of us who have been awake for the last 20 years - we have come to expect this sort of behavior from the federal tyrants!
As someone who has organized militia, I have been visited by FBI agents with real badges (not actors), who not-so-subtly warned that being a loudmouth and an activist would result in my family being killed; I was not intimidated and told them what anyone who tries to bring harm to my family can expect to have happen to them, and THEY *were* intimidated! I have lost more than one job as a DIRECT consequence of being who I am and what I do.
In short, our so-called government is wholly evil, corrupt, and rapidly devoid now of the few good people within the ranks who have TRIED to make a difference from within. I myself labored under that delusion for too many years. Truth is, we are overdue for a complete housecleaning - a Second American Revolution, whereby everyone serving the collectivist cause needs to be rounded up and kicked out!
If they wanna come try to kill me for calling for a 2nd American Revolution, that's fine. Just don't screw me over by letting me die alone and unlamented. The Founding Fathers eventually became aware that talk was not producing the results they desired, and moved to gain independence from Britain! Funny thing is, the Continental Congress - even then - was behind the curve! By the time they voted to act, the people were already killing Redcoat troops in large numbers for more than two months! WHY ACT YE LIKE CONGRESS?
WSJ says "Political abuse of the IRS threatens the basic integrity of our government". Sorry, No!! It long ago lost its integrity! What political abuses threaten to do is abolish the ILLUSION OF INTEGRITY in so-called 'government, that willfully ignorant 'sheeple' have carefully nursed for far too long!!
When enough people cast off their illusions of the integrity of government, and recognize that both the Demonrats and the RINOpublican Party are outright criminals who trade our liberty for the currency of power that is 'current coin' in DC; then we can start the revolution in earnest and cut out the cancer before it kills the patient!
When a long train of abuses and usurpations evince a design to reduce us to absolute slavery, it is our DUTY to throw off this tyranny and kill the bastards!
