Another country heard from.

I have two doctor's appointments today so I'll wait on my own response frying up this collectivist fish until later. In the meantime, take your blood pressure medication in plenty of time before reading "Is the N.R.A. Un-American?"

Fish tap dances around the issue, and pleads the "American tradition of accepting the results of elections". The issue we have, of course, is that Obongo and his socialist dweebs are abrogating our rights, and engaging in thug-tyranny. Fish can't admit that,or even get to it, because it's the 800 lb. gorilla in the room that socialists like him are buds with. A synopsis of his article would be better put as "Just because we elected a socialist tyrant, doesn't mean you have to oppose him, because, well, we legally elected someone who is doing away with the rule of law, which you should meekly submit to."

He's pretty much a statist boot-licker, and full of shit. As are most of the commenters on that site.

Just the comments there have permanently lowered my IQ.

Damn the article and the content of it. It is part of the jpb for the NRA to take heat for its positions. It is the comments that get my blood pressure up!

What a group of bed-wetting, booger-picking-and-eating sheeple...

The direction the anti-2A movement seems to be going in is a "reasonable" requirement to obtain liability insurance for firearms ownership, as expressed by several of the commenters. How can that be accomplished without a registry? Once enacted, the price can be set by legislative fiat, accomplishing the same thing as confiscatory laws. Forewarned is forearmed.

Violating my constitutionally enumerated human rights because you won a vote is the most literal definition of "tyranny" he could have given.

What is there not to understand?

It sickens me to see people write about the USA being a 'democracy' when in fact it is supposed to be a republic. Once upon a time it might have briefly been a democracy, but it's such a transitory form of government that it always morphs into something else. At present, we have a collectivist hybrid between corporatism and socialism. In short, these dweebs have allowed the ideological progeny of Hitler & Mussolini to take over, with a dash of Stalin thrown in for flavor.

Mr. Fish is just another collaborator to be added to the list of prosecutions when the Day of Justice comes.
