The source code for WND indicates the page was posted on July 10, which is two days after the original idea was posted by Sean. Kind of hard to argue who had the idea first. I left comments, we'll see if they post them.

WND is a crap reader's "news" source. They are in the business of making money, not disseminating news so I'm not surprised about the idea theft.

See the update. Seems WND has taken care of this in a timely manner.

This is very good. I don't have much use for WND due to past dealings with Farah, but it seems they've done the right thing this time.

UPDATE: WND DOES THE RIGHT THING! After a quick email conversation with WND Editor Joseph Farah, he has pulled the shirt from sale and will commence an investigation on Monday when everyone gets back to the office.

Please join me in thanking the WND Editor and CEO for his swift resolution of this issue. Read the update on this post! http://bit.ly/nCcX9G

Sean is reporting that the situation is being handled in a satisfactory manner by WND.

WND has made a pretty lucrative business in lifting ideas, columns and initiatives from others and making them their own...as it were.

That anyone still cites tham as a "news source," especially those in the new media and established media (i.e. Hannity, TheWND has made a pretty lucrative business in lifting ideas, columns and initiatives from others and making them their own...as it were.

In reality, Farrah should be brought up on charges for plagiarism, if nothing else.
