If something is done in order to undermine, or gin up opposition to a fundamental constitutional right it sure sounds like subversion
according to Mirriam-Webster
Definition of SUBVERT
transitive verb
1
: to overturn or overthrow from the foundation : ruin
2
: to pervert or corrupt by an undermining of morals, allegiance, or faith
— sub·vert·er noun

It generally can be found in the dictionary fairly close to another word, treason.

TREASON.

The word keeps popping up. WHY?

Because no other word fits, that's why.

Objections to the usage of the word, are generally made by the traitors themselves, who don't mind committing the treasonous acts, they just object to the accurate characterization of their acts as treasonous and themselves as traitors.

They, seek kinder and gentler words...

Treason is defined in the Constitution as giving aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States. What the scumbags in this administration are IS THE ENEMY of the Constitution and We, the People. I'm at a loss as to what I should call them, but traitors doesn't seem enough.

I have a question? Is it not illegal even unconstitutional to create or enforce a law or regulation for one group but not another. Since this new executive order places a burned only on Border States (Texas, California, Arizona, and New Mexico) Federal Firearms Licensees, there by placing and unfair burned on them. Does this not give the non Border States Federal Firearms Licensees and unfair advantage over them? Maybe there is a smart Constitutional lawyer out there who can address this question?
