David Codrea's latest -- "Obama: Good U.S.-Mexican relations demand we spare guilty and let innocent die."

Well, of course they do.

Let us not forget the fact that ALL of the military hardware that has been captured at crime scenes in Mexico got into the hands of the criminals through corruption in Mexico, Central American and South American countries.

I am not impressed with Mexican pots calling the United States kettle black.

We have been told how many guns the Mexican government has confiscated. We have been told how many of those were submitted to ATF for tracing. We have been told how many of those guns submitted for tracing had origins in the USA. We also know from "wikileaked" cables that many of these guns were from direct government to government transfers and commercial sales to the Mexican Government. But one critical number has been left out of the chain, perhaps on purpose. What percentage of the guns traced back to American sources were government to government sales under the Merida Initiative and other assistance programs or were looted from Central American stockpiles left over from their wars in the 1970's and 1980's? Without this critical number, the anti-2A groups and their useful fools in the media are free to tell the world that all of the guns traced back to America came from Arizona and Texas FFL holders.
