Why doesn't this happen every time someone defaults on a govt. mortgage? And they thought the jails were full because of DRUG laws?

thanks for the doc,
Do i understand correctly, the DOE was only looking for evidence of default on a student loan ?
.
So they kick in the door and make the kids REALLY despise cops.

Sooo, why did they need a swat for a non violent suspect?
if they will use swat for a white collar crime what will they escalate to for a nonconforming threeper?

Good work, Mike. Now if we could only get a hold of the Guerena warrant.

Read through, and didn't see a single thing (i.e., guns, drugs) to "warrant" the SWAT and their excessive use of violence against the homeowner and the children.
A simple knock on the door, a few questions, serving of papers in a polite manner, would have sufficed.

Good thing that happened in Kalifornication, where all the unarmed serfs can do is verbally complain, and can't fight back.

Next time the DOE (an unConstitutional agency) may not be so lucky.

That judge's signature gives them the power to execute. If someone gets killed because of it, everyone involved is absolved of all responsibility in that 'isolated incident.'

Of course I mean 'government personnel' when I speak of the absolved parties. The citizen involved will be harmed to the maximum possible extent, possible.

The judge? Well, he's not responsible for their lies on the affidavid and of course since they were acting in 'good faith,' nothing can happen to them!

Notice how nice and tidy everything turns out?

Welcome to the USSA! Now SWAT teams are being used to collect unpaid student loans? How much more America? If this does not convince you that we are living in a police state, then just stick your head back in the sand and let us grownups try to grapple with this issue. Of course, not ONE WORD in the MSM, NOT ONE! Am I the only one to see this? Can the entire country be this blind or stupid? For GOD'S sake, STAND UP! Our civil liberties are being destroyed and no one seems to care, it scares the hell out of me!!

A SWAT team to collect student loans? Are you kidding me? Wake up America, big brother is here with the SWAT team to rip your fundamental liberties away from you, and most Americans have no idea. Of course, not one word of this in the MSM, NOT ONE! Welcome to the USSA comrade, or is it Komerade, I want to get it right for the PC police!!!!!!

will the doe send a swat team after students who skip a class?

how would one of these swat types like it if some one came to their door and killed them while they are at home?

Mickey Collins said...

Not to 'collect student loan payments, but to 'gather information that might show fraud in applying for student aid'.

Still, the guy's ex is only a suspect, and what she's suspected of does not involve drugs or violence, so there was absolutely no excuse for the Department of Feducation to bring violence to her former home.

Hmmm - 'fraud in applying for student aid' - didn't one each 'Barry Soetoro' get student aid at Occidental College? We'll probably never know since the records are sealed.............
