Gunwalker scandal as proposed HBO series.

"Narco Wars: Fast and Furious -- A Potential HBO Series."

My comment:

Vivid imagination but proposal rejected.

You need to do more subject research. The project came from on high, not out of the Phoenix SAC's (William "Gunwalker Bill" Newell) bright idea when he got up one morning and decided to invent his own foreign policy. This was the result of a deliberate conspiracy to subvert the Second Amendment of the Constitution to justify more punitive firearm laws.

High-ranking bad guy characters left out:

Barack Obama
Rahm Emanuel

National Security adviser Dan Restrepo

Eric Holder
Janet Napolitano
Hillary Clinton
Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division Lanny Breuer

Acting ATF Director Melson

Just to name a few.

What? Aren't you smart enough by now to understand that the Media will take artistic license with any appropriate story to make sure it sells to their intended audience?

you and David could write a great screenplay for the series.

this is at least as important a book, as any novel you could write. (in fact i don't understand why they haven't bribed you with a huge book deal to stop your daily reportage on this...

You want the "Gunwalker" story told by the same folks that gave "The Hunchback of Notredame" a happy ending? Straight 'round the bloody bend 'e is, Guv!

Now Mike, you DO realize that the media writers can only put in a few characters, in order to NOT confuse themselves and their audience -- who are of limited intelligence, after all.
