Oh come on, not even a little hint?

Just watched the "Gunwalker" piece. It's nice to see the light shined on those cockroaches, but I'm pessimistic that it will do any real good for the cause of liberty. ATF is just a symptom of the collectivist disease. The root must be struck.

Hope the agent is watching his back, hope he doesn't have a sudden heart attack, suicide, or fatal single car wreck like was so common in Arkansas during Klinton times.

Congrats to CBS for doing some actual reporting. Hopefully this story will grow some legs and end up EVERYWHERE!

I watched it. The ATF agent was courageous enough to be filmed without video or audio disguise, and under his own name. I hope that ABC, NBC, CNN, and FOX all have one-tenth the cojones that this guy has, and get on this story.

I don't anticipate that anything significant (i.e. ATF dissolution & prison time) will get done about this until regime change in 2012, but I hope I'm wrong.

CBS is the last network I thought that would ever broadcast this story. The first story was well done as this one was. Now, do I think it will make a difference, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Wow. Read the e-mail that's in the report. I am an ATF Agent, and I've spent my ENTIRE career arresting armed gang members, and not honest gun owners. I believe that people should swing on this, and is this report doesn't make that happen, I don't know what will.

Mike, you and David "done good." This is damning and it was the (usually) Lamestream Media that finally reported it.

Mike, I applaud your work (and Codrea's) in helping to expose this criminality.

I have been posting links and content to my state's premier gun forum.
Two things: the first is that there seems to be little interest even on a gun forum. Second, I still say that this looks like it will go nowhere in terms of real results...that is how far this nation has fallen.

Obama, master manipulator has a meeting with Calderon and on camera talks of promises to support efforts to end the violence and the flow of guns into Mexico...What gall!

As for Grassley, he gave the FBI and ATF a pass (as did every other member with the exception of perhaps Sonny Bono, R.I.P.)at the hearings for Ruby Ridge and subsequent hearing on Waco way back when. Now, he is upset that these same agencies are playing him for the fool and stonewalling. It should come as no surprise. I believe this is all theater. He knows he is powerless and so he plays the part of a concerned member of the Senate wanting to get to the bottom of this.

Sadly, the average American's attention span does not go back that far even if they were cognizant of those events at the time.

Sickening.

Afraid that, at least for some of us, you may have to let 'The cat out of the Bag'.

Tuned away from the movie I was watching on Comcast, to CBS News channel .... to be greeted with a blue screen, with error msg. Now 15 min. later, situation un-changed.

Am on the Nashville Comcast node.

I'm afraid for that agent. At some point he'll "commit suicide"..

Great work, Mike. I loved what you and David did, but I truly thought it would be no more than a blogosphere flash in the pan. I have to say that I'm rapidly becoming ecstatic and even proud of L.A. Times and See BS for some real, old timey investigative reporting. What a wonder you two (with the help of a MAGNIFICENT and glorious God) have wrought!!!
