¡Ay, caramba! "Gunwalker Bill" declared Persona Non Grata in Mexico? Even so, they want his ass extradited! Mexico to recall ambassador?

First came the rumor that "Gunwalker Bill" Newell, slated to take the ATF attache job in Mexico City, had been, or was about to be, declared "PNG" -- Persona Non Grata by the Mexican government.

Now comes a story in a major Mexican newspaper, El Universal. ¡Ay, caramba!

The story is also carried in Reforma.

The coordinator of the PT in the Senate, Ricardo Monreal, the Federal Executive intends to seek the extradition of U.S. agents who executed the failed program, "Fast and Furious" for having committed the crime of trafficking in arms against the Mexican government and as those responsible for the possible commission of crimes.

The Google translation, Spanish and English:

Senate Sarukhán quoted by "Fast and Furious"

For the first time since its ratification in 2006, the Senate summoned to appear before Mexico's ambassador to the United States, Arturo Sarukhan, to discuss the scope and consequences of "Operation Fast and Furious" , implemented by the U.S. government attached to the smuggling of weapons into our country.

He called the chancellor Espinosa request the Department of State United States a detailed report with information about this operation, and send a receipt to "immediately" to the Senate.

The diplomat will have to travel from Washington to Mexico City to attend the call.

The point of agreement was launched at the meeting by the ruling party, National Action, as described the operation as an initiative "aggressive and unilateral" means "an affront to sovereignty."

The discussion of this point was a debate during the afternoon session.

The PRI was added to this claim and even the voice of the Senator Maria de los Angeles Moreno, said that action is needed because they know the practices of "invasion, beating, things that can be very serious ... we know how Americans spent when the talk of homeland security. "

"Fast and Furious" and the reports of Ambassador Pascual to the White House released by WikiLeaks, "cause us confusion, anger and, of course, the desire to clarify and, where appropriate, relevant ways to protest, but strongly , at what seems an unacceptable intervention that undermines the sovereignty of the country, "said Moreno.

The PRI, who spoke on behalf of his party, said he hoped that an explanation Sarukhán "satisfactory" or otherwise take steps "subsequent."

The Senate is responsible for ratifying the appointment of ambassadors.

It also opened the possibility of requiring the Foreign Ministry to raise the claim and send a diplomatic note to the White House.

The PRD senator, Yeidckol Polevnsky, said it violated the country's sovereignty.

"They put guns, do business, while Mexico gets the blood and the dead," said PRD.

The solution for the point of agreement requires the Ambassador Sarukhan provide an overview of legal, political and diplomatic various U.S. operations, among which stands out "Fast and Furious" "of the Bureau of Alcohol, and Firearms Snuff (ATF, for its acronym in English).

Hear that cat-like screeching? That's Hillary.

Holy crap. I really did facilitate an international incident.

I really don't think I'd like to be working in Mexico today. They may just start shooting all Americans for the fun of it, sort of like we let happen.

I have mixed emotions about this. I really like seeing F Troop and the DOS/DOJ/DHS smacked, but the Mexicans don't seem all that concerned about illegials and dope going north and US dollars going south. If Mexican citizens were legally armed maybe there wouldn't be so many of them executed by the cartels.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Bill Newell, ATF attache to Mexico, were murdered by an enraged Mexican using one of the guns smuggled into Mexico by the ATF?

If Madame Hitlery has her fingerprints on "Fast and Furious" Newell would be wise to decline his recent promotion. Vince Foster was fair game, so a comparative nobody like "Gunwalker Bill" would be easy prey for a political assassin.

MALTHUS

But Vince Foster committed suicide! I mean, "Law Enforcement" said so! And they NEVER lie under oath. Do they?

Do you think Fed Gov would be brave enough to send Lon Horiuchi to help Mr. Newell kill himself?

Bill Newell, a man with a target on his back sent to Mexico where he's forbidden by law to carry a weapon and where an untold number of people are mightily upset with him and his gunwalker policies.

The guy just might consider crawling to Senator Grassley's door and trying to cut some kind of deal. Maybe a reduced sentence.
