ATF manages to look busy all of a sudden. Wonder why?

"ATF Shakedown Under way in Huntington."

Another: "BREAKING NEWS: Police, ATF Involved in Major Offender Roundup in Huntington West Virgina."

Also, "Federal Agents Raid Local Storage Facility" (Laredo TX)

A street is closed off and people are asked to stay away as multiple federal agencies raid a local self storage facility in north Laredo today. A U-haul trailer was being loaded with what looked like items from a storage unit, but at this time they are not releasing what was contained in that unit.

We do understand that the Laredo SWAT team assisted D.E.A. and I.C.E. agents on the scene. Then later ATF was called in to investigate, but no one will say exactly what was taken from that location.

Our sources are telling us this is all in conjunction with the national crackdown following the death of I.C.E. agent Jaime Zapata on February 15th.

"Major Strasser has been shot! . . . Round up the usual suspects."

Busy bees, certainly.

Late update - the items taken were primarily Airsoft and paintball guns with high capacity 'clips' which, according to Cavanaugh, could easily be modified into lethal, full auto firearms and traded to Mexicans for Silkworm missiles, via Arizona's gun show loophole.
