Heading off the bad guys at Demon Pass, ah, I mean "Deem-and-Pass."

Perhaps I was right the first time.

Here, we have a story about legal challenges to the Slaughter maneuver on Constitutional grounds.

Here we have Obama promising to forge ahead on amnesty and CNS reports that the "Demon Pass" maneuver is not ruled out for that, either.

I think it is stupid to count on the black robes to stop these bandits. We'd better be ready to resist them ourselves when the law books fail.

Yeah, the judges won't stop anything. It all depends on which side of bed Justice Kennedy woke up on, and my guess is that he'll have no problem with ObamaCare.

Heh, word verification: speons. Kinda befits our new status.

I've seen TENS OF THOUSANDS OF NEWS in the last 5 years, and THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE I'VE SEEN.

The CNS report.

Obama and the elite ARE CROWNING THEMSELVES EMPERORS and killing the republic.

High treason isn't even strong enough to describe the situation.

Let them come. We'll give them a warm reception.

Mike,

"Deem and pass" is the trigger. We have the moral high ground. There is absolutely no doubt who and what Obama is.

He IS a tyrant, a dictator.

Just what do you intend to wait for?

They call it a 'self-executing slaughter'. Interesting.

I hugged my son and sat him down for a serious talk. We have discussed the current events of the past few years, so he is not clueless at 14. I told him that the government is about to pass some laws that I will refuse to abide by. At some point, they will try to fine me, but I will not pay. Then they will attempt to arrest me, but I will not submit. Then they will threaten my life and assault me, and I will defend myself. If I survive the initial assault, I will still be a dead man, for it is the nature of gangs to avenge their fallen bangers. I will not sit and wait for the second assault, but will instead take the war to those who sent armed men to my door.

He said, "I know, Dad."

I hugged him again and told him, "When that day comes, if it comes, I want you to remember this. I may not get to see you again, and be able to tell you how proud I am of you and how much I love you. So, on that day, you remember this talk and carry it with you."

"I will, Dad. I just wish the government would leave us alone."

"Well, this is not your fight, yet. Maybe someday you will have to defend your freedom, but for now it is my job. Your job is to grow up and become a good man. Then you will decide your own future."

"I wish you didn't have to fight them, though."

"I know, Son, and I may not have to. This is a 'just in case' talk. If something happens and I have to go to war, you just remember that I love you, ok?"

"Ok."

That is the most difficult conversation I ever had with my son. I have left him to go on deployments before, but this is the first time I feel like I might not make it out ok.

The Constitution is hanging by a thread, and the Obama-ites have the scissors. . . .
