Emperor Man-Child's latest depredation of the Constitution.

Obama weighs expanding background checks through executive authority
"Gun-control activists have made significant political headway on the state level since the Newtown shooting. In the past year, they prevailed on background check fights in Washington state and Oregon."
Yeah, and we've negated them by armed civil disobedience in every state they did.

Why aren't they continuously asked if they are gonna make the Congress and White House gun free?

I don't believe the comment on 85% or more want expanded background checks.

For example, in 2010, only 62 out of 72,659 NICS denials led to prosecutions by the federal government – and only 13 of those prosecutions resulted in a conviction. That’s .0001 percent

I do not support any more background checks nor registration programs.
Put armed guards in schools.

They just don't get it.

They can pass all the executive orders and laws they want. We are sick of being demonized and of their tyranny. WE WILL NOT COMPLY.

The Armed Civil Disobedience is happening and it is spreading.

Their move....STILL.

Exactly how do they plan to enforce "universal background checks"? Sting operations? Paid informants and "wired" buyers? Anybody with the brains of a newly hatched chicken is only gonna sell to people they know personally. If a couple of off the radar gun show sellers get pinched, the rest will figure out ways to recognize the plants.
