Marines, corpsman refuse to testify against sergeant at retrial in Iraqi killing

"Despite offers of immunity from prosecution, four ex-Marines and a former Navy corpsman have refused to testify against Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins in his retrial in the 2006 killing of an Iraqi."

After you are offered immunity you MUST testify, so bad things are coming down the pipe for these guys.

If he refuses to testify, lock his ass up for a few years and he will rethink this proud, wave the flag crap. Also he might reilize that this war thing is total BS and the the US of A is wrong about all these wars based on lies.

"Former Marine"...not "Ex-Marine", please. The Former is complimentary and properly used to describe a Marine that honorably served and was released, the latter is a pejorative used to describe someone less than honorably bounced out of The Corps.
