Feds say national guardsmen tried to sell guns, ammo to cartels.

The Sec. only has sporting purposes latitude. He does not have self defense or resistance to tyranny difference or authority to find a damned thing.

This is right back to the Miller Case. Find cases of shot type loads in arms used by the militia.

Absent a showing that a sawed off shot gun is a militia type weapon...
