Warrant application shows Ares Armor referenced in wider investigation

If Ares were truly regarded as a threat, as opposed to people to teach a lesson to for their defiance, why would the government have offered to forego their warrant if the company agreed to surrender their inventory and customer list?

Simply gestapo bully tactics meant to intimidate the sheeple into submission. I guess it doesn't always work. Especially if you're not a sheep!

Hold onto our AR15's. Their power to kill the son of a bitches must be very strong, or they wouldn't want to know who has them and fabricate such illegal and illegitimate methods of trying to take them from us.

I wonder how many people would put up with this if they finally understood that what their dealing with is not out of control government, but rather an illegimate corporation masquerading as government. If you search for the BATF on Dunn & Bradstreet they are listed as a Company. Just as all other "so called" government agencies whether they be Federal, State or Local. Also 28 USC 3002 Paragraph 15 (a) states the U.S. Governement is a "Federal Corporation". Also I have read but have yet to authenticate, that the encyclopedia of U.S. Law known as Corpis Juris Secundum states, "“The United States Government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state.” Volume 20: Corpus Juris Secundum, (P 1785: NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S.Ct. 1973, 41 L. Ed. 287) If this statement actually does exist in U.S. Law, the question should be , by what authority does a "Foreign Corporation" have imposing it's will on the American people?
