Colorado gun laws argued in federal court

U.S. District Judge Marcia Krieger in Denver will preside over the case, which begins Monday with opening arguments. The trial is scheduled to last two weeks.
The judge, by the way, is a Dubya appointee.

Being appointed by George W. Bush means nothing. Once someone gets on the bench there is no way to know for sure how they will rule.

Geeeee.....

Justice Roberts comes to mind, treasonous scumbag that he is and will remain, throughout whatever history there is left.

I didn't see any footage of his 'hero of socialism' award ceremony. Must have been private and by invitation only.

But we all know who were there.
