Update to this story: James Kaleda recently moved to PA from NJ. The hearing on the magazine limit was schedule for today in Trenton. James was arrested by PA State Police this morning at his home in PA. Oddly, his charges seem to stem from "falsifying" information on a NJ form for a NJ firearms ID card - something that doesn't exist in PA and therefore isn't a crime there.

I nominate NJ as next focus for freedom efforts.

The Legislators in New Joisey might be in for a surprise if they pass unlawful laws. I think that Connecticut won't be the only state that gets some "Free" publicity.

Hell ya say?
I watched the NRA and it's more local affiliates grab elbows and make damn sure that NOBODY but the NRA's lobbyist was allowed to speak at the ONLY public hearing prior concealed carry legislation.

Uniformed thuggery exists in many forms - but the purpose is the same - ensure that government control over the right to keep and the right to bear continues to exist.

James Kaleda is a freedom fighter. He and his kind are who we need to run and elect to office.
