Through the looking glass into Malloy's alternate universe. This schmuck actually thinks that "your side lost." He ain't even half right.

Why civil war is inevitable in Connecticut.

I could not stand to listen to the mealy-mouthed statist until he finished.

Seems no one has mentioned that there is also the violation of the "no ex post facto law" clause of the constitution.

Yes, Mike, the "alternate universe" in which this asshole resides gives us a greater understand of just how entrenched he is in the delusional belief that he is correct. Thus, he will blithely press forward with his folly and blood will likely be shed.

It is always fascinating but never a surprise to see how surrounding oneself with fellow travelers (collectivists and national socialists) gives one mono-vision leading one to erroneous and dangerous conclusions only because the real world isn't like that. Do men and women so protected and thoroughly surrounded ever see the light before it's too late meeting the principled and committed reality of the other side?

Words, just words.
I stand w/ Conn on this. They seem to have some real Patriots over there, like John Cinque, so I made a small Donation to his opponent Joe Visconti. I believe they have an upcoming protest planned, but google Visconti or GAO for the 411.

If this is as Malloy states, "the people have decided," then the people can't give the government a right they don't themselves possess. Since the people don't have the right to steal someone else's property, neither does the government. Malloy is about to find that out, the hard way,

I could only stand watching the first few minutes. watch his body language, hell his actual language as he says the guy has, "a point of view" then turns slightly to the audience and actually waves his imperial hand dismissively at the 'subject' who dares speak up.

That fool actually said those guns should not be for sale.

If that isn't a DIRECT admission of infringement, then nothing is.

Heller, a case decided by SCOTUS (this is playing by this fools own rules) decide plainly that 1) the interest balancing approach (crime stats) is not germane, 2) that it is not permissible, that it does NOT pass constitutional muster, for governments to claim the authority to say these guns are bannable because we allow those guns and 3) that in McDonald these precedents are enforceable against state and local governments.

Now thus fool may well stand up at the mic and claim we lost but the reality is that in "the courts" HE LOST.

Now, it's fair to dissect the Heller McDonald combination and point out the idiocy within them, the mindless contradictions that abound BUT the fact is that even by their own contrivances in "law" called "case law" created unconstitutionally within the judiciary, it's been made CLEAR that THE POWER TO DECIDE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE HANDS OF GOVERNMENT VIA ENUMERATION.

That's what statistically proveable, Mr Malloy.

Malloy is the Webster's definition of an Arrogant Pr#$k.

We will do our best here to in Connecticut to rid the political world of the Obama mini-me.

They should have asked him if the new law would have stopped his kid from committing armed robbery.

Dear Lord. This guy actually thinks he won. May God have mercy on his soul, because Connecticut gun owners won't when he sends the police to murder them and their families.

Connecticut is going to burn if Malloy tries this. And the civil war may not be limited to that state.

This jack-wagon either totally missed the point of the question, or deliberately used the opportunity to vomit forth talking points on his anti-gun agenda. I suspect it was a case of the later.

All politicians live in an alternate universe. The reason is because they never rub elbows with blue collar types. Even during election cycles, they give a speech to the masses, then are immediately sped away in a limo, or high end SUV. The rest of the time is spent with party heads and big campaign contributors. In short, they rub elbows only with their own kind, which is a narrow, filthy, hedonistic world.

Wish I could be there when the blind fold is placed over his eyes and he is stood up against the wall and he has that moment of realization that he actually is a traitor and he is now going to pay for it.

This is nothing less than a declaration of war. When the first raid happens, and word gets out, I hope the people of Connecticut return war to him tenfold.

As far as voting goes, remember: bullets trump ballots every time.

(Mike, I will understand if this is too inflammatory, and you must delete it.)

Malloy is an arrogant and ignorant "well-doer" with his hands on the levers of power.

That makes for a very, very, dangerous situation in CT now.
