JPFO has documented that Democrat Sen. Thomas Dodd, father of the 1968 Gun Control Act, got his "sporting purposes" language from the Nazi-era firearms law that he discovered while a prosecutor at Nuremberg. (Ironic, ain't it?) In any case, the Founders didn't put the Second Amendment in there to protect your right to shoot furry animals, but rather to shoot out-of-control politicians who try to steal your liberty, property and life.

Hermann Goering after he cheated the hangman at Nuremberg, 1946. He could tell you about "sporting purposes," State Representative Dianda. Why don't you go to Hell and ask him?

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can't be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won't be done. The Founders' Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.
