Black robed tyrannical bastards strike again. George H.W. Bush appointee upholds the unSAFE Act.
By way of Bob Owens the Official Regime Newspaper reports: U.S. Judge Upholds Most New York Gun Limits
Gun rights groups have responded with outrage to the new laws, holding demonstrations at the Capitol in Albany, denouncing politicians like Mr. Cuomo and questioning the laws’ legality. Some gun owners have said they will refuse to comply with a requirement that people who already own assault weapons register them with the state.
Defy. Resist. Evade. Smuggle.

So a 7 round limit is unconstitutional and has no basis in fact, but a 10 round limit is okey-dokey? I'm wondering what mental process can possibly support a decision like that.
On second thought, he might be using the Heller decision's "in common usage" to say that 11 rounds are uncommonly dangerous, but knows that 10 rounders are legal and common everywhere in the country.
In short, I think he's saying that bans on 11 round magazines are legal because they've been in force in enough places for long enough that we should just live with them, just like the NFA.
I love it when things like this happen. Not the SAFE act being upheld as lawful, but that being done by a Bush appointee. It adds a delightful flavor to all those posts encouraging us to vote for the lesser of two evils.
Would someone of that persuasion care here to explain how this would have been worse had this soi-disant Republican been a Democrat?
Rexx, an Obama appointee probably would have upheld the 7 round limit, as anything beyond a M1911 is "uncommonly dangerous."
The 1911 .45ACP has been commonly 'uncommonly dangerous' to tyrants ... well since 1911!
103 years and counting ...

You named four things we should do, but left off the fifth. I presume that was intentional. :)
Rexxhead,
You vote for the best candidate running (aka "the least worst"), write in a candidate of your choice, or do not vote for anybody (the "none of the above" option"). What other meaningful option do you suggest?
