SWIFT said...: Even though no guns were found, the Holyoke Police Department declared the sweep a success. What? You expected them to admit it was a huge waste of time, money and resources? In one respect and one only, it was a success in conditioning the public for the Police State. Massachusetts is leagues ahead of everyone else in this respect. jon said...: holyoke and springfield are overrun with both legal and illegal latino and hispanic immigrants. you won't hear any cries of racism from eliteist massachusetts liberals when these predominantly white police departments do this sort of thing -- it's their own backyard garden and they want it tended, no matter what.

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible.
