The more we learn about the Connecticut "mad bomber" case, the less persuasive the "authorities" are.

"Despite being 9 days into the incident, officials have yet to comment on the legality of Callahan's firearms...". Think of that. The FBI and ATF are both involved in a raid. One would think their alleged expertise on firearms would enable them to look at a gun and figure out if it is legal or not. Maybe they are buying time to alter some firearms to make them illegal. It would not be the first time. But, my guess is, this is yet another example of Drama Queening. Drama Queens are not born. It is a cognitive thing, probably influenced by Quantico and Glencoe. Both are processing plants. They take ordinary feces and turn it into some really stinking shit.

The loss of his gun collection is the least of his worries right now.

Callahan had to agree to pay for removal and disposal of any chemicals deemed to require it as part of his release conditions.

That service will be provided by a contractor. Callahan will not get to select that contractor, nor negotiate the price of his services.

The costs will be staggering. And the contractor more than likely will SELL the chemicals rather than destroying them, as they are pure chemicals rather than mixed toxic waste. I've watched this cycle before-
