Gun owners can do more than complain about anti-gun newspapers

Collectivist bastards are like rust -- they never quit: The Journal News is still trying to get the names of New York pistol permit holders. Not just concealed carry permit holders, which would be bad enough, but all handgun owners in Putnam County, and they’ve filed a lawsuit to compel the information to be released.

Anonymous said...: The problem really rests with the state's legislature, who obviously hasn't made a law which declares those records are not public information. That action prevents such requests for concealed carry lists.

Anonymous said...: This is exactly WHY there should be no pistol permits in the first place. ALL government records should be publicly accessible because tax dollars fund them. However, exercise of individual rights can and must be exercised openly or in private at the liberty of the INDIVIDUAL!

I submit that its best if the court force out in the open these "lists" or GUN REGISTRIES as I call them. Not because I think people should be exposed but to wake people up to the ramifications of not only their votes but also what they consider to be "common sense legislation".

Repuplicans MUST STEP UP. They shouldn't fight to keep the lists hidden- they MUST explain what I just did - that there shouldn't BE these lusts IN THE FIRST PLACE!

It's far easier to be transparent when there isn't anything to hide. It's also cheaper to fund effective constitutional governance when the constituted rules are actually adhered to.; October 8, 2013 at 9:26 AM

Even if they're not a genuine 0317/8541 or 11b B4 they can hone their skill set now and get ready for the day of reckoning. And then I hope that every 'Authorized Propagandist' such as the pukes at LoHud / Journal News / Gannett are held accountable at the American Nuremberg Field Trials, coming soon to a battlefield near you.

Even if one is unable to prepare to that level, if every patriot out there were to preselect 10 identified enemies of Liberty, and then make sure that those 10 were dealt with, that would be enough to cause the rest of the collectivists to make a hasty exit out of our country so we can have our Republic back.
