I'm a little surprised that Domino's hasn't fired him yet for carrying a gun. A lot of pizza outfits have that rule. Oh well, if they do fire him we can boycott Domino's.

Unfortunately, this man will most likely lose his job. At least he did not lose his life, and the taxpayers do not have to foot the prison bill any more for the defunct recidivist.

Searching "dominos weapons police" yield interesting results. It looks like he had the choice of being dead or alive and unemployed, and chose wisely:

Looks like Kentucky has legislated against companies with weapons policies such as Dominos:

But the best of all is an e-mail from Dominos:

"Resisting is a virtual guarantee that someone is going to get hurt, and police departments around the country report that in many cases, a person's own weapon is used against them when they are trying to defend themselves. We have also learned that the majority of our customers prefer to know that they pizza delivery person at their doorstep is not carrying a gun when they are visiting their home."

Cannot let those customers (and armed robbers) be upset!
