Need .44 Special cases to load for a friend.

Willing to trade decapped and tumbled .40 S&W or .223/5.56 on a three for one basis, or .270 on a two for one. Drop me an email at GeorgeMason1776ATaolDOTcom.

Good luck. I've tried to find .44 spec cases locally for months. I know the caliber isn't as popular as it used to be, but don't understand why empty cases are so hard to come by.

if you cant find them, see if .44 mag is available and trim them down. The cases may be thicker so be sure to start loads low and work up to what you want.

I've heard of people slicing open .357 magnum, 360 Dan Wesson, and .357 maximum brass and finding them to be equal in everything but length.

I'm sure somebody has checked it out with .44 special and .44 Magnum. Or you could trim some Magnum brass and weigh it or measure the internal volume.
