Hackers to NSA chief: Read the Constitution

The head of the NSA faces a tough audience as he appeals to hackers and security professionals at Black Hat 2013 to help the U.S. government build better spying tools.

FG said...: It is something flat out of the bizarro galaxy watching the head of the NSA,(without doubt a professional criminal) arguing with a room-full of "professional hackers" all of whom are criminals, (hacking is a federal and state offense) about "Reading the Constitution".
