Hackers to NSA chief: Read the Constitution

The head of the NSA faces a tough audience as he appeals to hackers and security professionals at Black Hat 2013 to help the U.S. government build better spying tools.

It is something flat out of the bizarro galaxy watching the head of the NSA,(without doubt a professional criminal) arguing with a room-full of "professional hackers" all of whom are criminals, (hacking is a federal and state offense) about "Reading the Constitution".

"Hacking" is programming, not breaking into others' computers. It is not criminal activity. The MSM's use of the term is utterly confused and bassackwards.
