Tell me again, Elmer, how it's okay with you if they ban evil black rifles. Somebody had better tell all the Fudds in Kalifornia: ask not for whom the bell tolls . . .

it tolls for thee.

The Left-wingers are always trying to fog the issue of lead, by assigning the dangers of lead salts, to lead. They lie, distort, use faux science, to further their agenda. Unfortunately, among the younger generation, they are multiplying like rabbits. There should be a season on 'em.

Swift,
They wouldn't cook well and wouldn't taste good. Not to mention you may be subject to cross contamination of the libtard virus by consuming the meat.

The libtard 'achidemics' use the circle jerk citation system to each quote the others poisonous papers to build citation numbers as a peer reviewed count system to give artificial weight to their diatrades.

The is a lack of lead in some environments which can only be remedied by high-speed injection of elemental lead!

This is one of the "tame" bills. Sb 347 would re-define "assault weapons" to be any rimfire or centerfire semi-automatic rifle that accepts a detachable magazine of any size. These rifles would have to be registered during a short period after the bill is chaptered into law, after which the rifles would be subject to confiscation and owners would be subject to prosecution. No further manufacture or sales would be allowed in California, because these rifles would be treated as assault weapons.

It is nothing less than a gun ban.

It is also an illustration of how firearms regulations are used to create creeping gun bans: first establish a regulatory framework for "safety". Then, over time, add additional elements to the framework that curtail ownership of ever expanding types of guns, until, finally, all guns are eliminated.

I expect this law to be challenged in court instantly upon signing by the governor, but much damage will be done until it can be overturned, if it can.

Add to my previous post:

If this bill passes and survives legal challenges two things are sure to happen: 1. other states will do the same thing, and 2. sooner or later bolt action rifles will be defined as "assault weapons".

Hey, Elmer! Whaddya think of 'dem apples?
