Swatting at flies.

From the Tenth Amendment Center.
Nullification is not unconstitutional, bigoted or ineffective. Quite the opposite.

While you are correct that Nullificat6ion is constitutional it matters not one bit.. you see the scumbags in control don't care about the law unless its something they can use against us so how do you plan to enforce the law when those in the judiciary are corrupt, the legislature is corrupt and the executive is actively engaged in Treason ?

Your time could be better spent training and hoarding.

Nullification can simply be handled at the state level if a Governor and legislature stand strong. Rejection of any federal aide monies into the state, and refusal to remit funds to DC..will generally cripple fed brains. Once ONE state pushes to that level, others will then start following suit. Fear of federal collapse and loss of power, will generally result in capitulation at fed level.

Yes to both.

Look at the Gosnell trial.

Two hours of Judicial "instructions" inflicted upon the jury.

That is no longer a jury of "peers", but a judge hiding behind a pretense of an honest, impartial jury.
