Now that's funny. I can only hope that they end up sending such morons to MY door.

SWAT officer attracts ridicule after he’s pictured with his rifle sight on backwards.
A SWAT team in upstate New York is being mocked as an example of the difference between military and police training after an officer was captured peering through a backwards sight on his combat rifle.
As users on the military Reddit were quick to point out when the image was posted, the reverse sight makes it effectively useless.
Users mocked the SWAT officers training and some went so far as to question the motives of some of the men serving in local law enforcement.

This picture and the one where the 9mm was backwards in the H&K magazine, if we can only be so lucky that our opponent is this ignorant.

This incompetence is not limited to local and state police. The FEDs have displayed, on many occasions, the same level of breathtaking stupidity. Being a trained military person, is a lot different than just trying to act like one. Too often the leadership, who are suppose to train, monitor, and initiate deployment of SWAT teams, are appointed politically (kiss asses) as opposed to ability. Am I complaining? Nope! I hope it continues. I hope they all put their scopes on backwards. I hope they all continue to mount flashlights on their AR-15's and M-4's. I hope they continue use the tactic of "stacks", when doing a dynamic entry. There are other beauties I've seen, but no sense in giving them away.

Anyone that stupid should not be allowed near any weapons. He is going to end up on a casualty list.

It doesn't matter the sight is backwards. It wouldn't matter if there was no sight at all. These guys just shoot a lot of bullets in the general direction of whomever they have been told is the "bad guy". Sights would just get in the way of doing that.
