File under the heading of "All politicians are criminals but some politicians are more criminal than others."

I am vehemently opposed to the bills that Fields is either sponsoring or supporting infringing on the 2A. In her misguided view she is trying to prevent other kids from being killed by gang violence as her son and his fiance were killed. Will any of the asinine restrictive measures she's supporting help even in the least -NO! In fact they are counter productive and will increase gang violence by exponentially expanding the lucrative black market for guns.

However, her background as a former "felon" is already known. She is an example of someone who turned their life around after the fact, after she committed her crimes, and has not been a repeat offender for 15+ years. After her "dramatic and extensive" (give me a friggin' break!) crime life she went on to get an education and honest (though worthless) work as a worker drone.

Is she misguided -- yes! Is she a stupid tool of the left (with the emphasis on stupid) -- yes! Is she a career criminal attempting to disarm honest people --no!

Attacking her on a personal level is not only juvenile and a cheap leftist political tool, it is providing her with public sympathy, which in turn is providing more support for her ignorant anti 2A positions.

Sorry Trinity, I call BS on this!

Fields is imho still a criminal.
All she did was to elevate herself
from freelance crime to that of a
"professional" criminal (aka politician/political prostitute).
The fact that she's fighting for
victim disarmament as a politician
is no different in my eyes than if
she were a burgular breaking into one's home to steal one's means of
self-defense.

That may be harsh but I call them
as I see them...it's called 'reality'!
