U.S. vs. Clark, et. al.

"Dude, Hoover's freakin' -- big time."

Haven't heard about it? My DC sources say you will. Even the retired spooks have heard of it. In fact, I'm looking for folks who can shed some light on this case which has been kicking along since about 2006 and involves many of the same Phoenix ATF and DOJ supervisory idiots as Fast and Furious. The defendants, lawyers and others close to the case aren't talking.

ATF management is talking, though. Screaming in panic would be a better description, or so Waldo says.

It may be the next big DOJ scandal after Gunwalker.

So, if you've got the inside skinny on this case, drop me an email. I'll be happy to break the story when it hits.

Is it ATF Agent Clark who killed someone while off duty in the Virgin Islands?

Can't find anything, other than Mortgage Fraud, on US v Clark, et al., but could this be what you are talking about?

"The owner of a Parole gun shop is one of six men named in a 107-count indictment filed in federal court in Phoenix, Ariz., last week"

"People from both Phoenix and Annapolis are implicated, including George Clark, a licensed NFA manufacturer of Class III weapons, such as machine guns, who is from Phoenix".

Remember when in Red October a sub got sank by a circular run torpedo.

Shit happens.

Somebody give Chunkdog a kewpie doll. Very good guess.

The "flinch factor" of TORPEDO...LOS! must cause the surveillance crew to spill their morning coffee each time they see it, which is a gratifying thought. :^]

At the risk of sounding like a complete dunce, can someone post a summary or synopsis?

Were these guys playing swap-the-numbers on behalf of the ATF or something?

Sorry, not at my best this morning. Headache :P

Stay tuned for tomorrow's "really big shew."

I can't wait.

Could this be part of what King of Iowa alluded to when he said,“I don’t want to tip my hand, but I think that it will be broadly more interesting than Fast and Furious"?

And you're showing your age with the "really big shew" thing.
