Now THERE'S a First: Issa on CBS' Face the Nation tomorrow morning at 10:30 Eastern.

Just got this by email:

Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa will appear on CBS’ Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer discuss Operation Fast and Furious, this Sunday at 10:30 am.

From my own sources, I understand that Sharyl Attkisson will be on there as well, doing a sort of "Where we are in Gunwalker since CBS' Face the Nation has been ignoring the scandal story" story.

Is that uncharitable?

No.

Anonymous said...: Bob Schieffer is such a sniveling little non-arthropod invertebrate, I will put money on a bet that Issa will be poked and prodded by him. The upside of that encounter is that the Congressman is well able to spar with Schieffer's type. I may tune in to watch.
