'That may be so, but it is also irrelevant.' -- NVA Colonel at the Paris Peace talks in 1973
You could post a YouTube video of Obama eating a still living infant and the left would still find a way to support him. Whether the left has lost all contact with any Judeo-Christian system of ethics is also irrelevant except as it pertains to the now inevitable death of the founders republic.
"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion . . . Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." -- John Adams 1798.
The OP has hit a critical point, albeit with some restraint. What he is describing is the psychopathic personality disorder. These types are attracted to power, every sort from street gangs to international corporations, banks and government. The not so smart ones are in the prison system in large numbers. In both extremes their numbers are in far greater proportion than their numbers in the general population. Check out the writings of Dr. Robert Hare, psychology dept., University of British Columbia.
