Will the statue be guarded day and night by vigilant Luciferians? If not, i suspect a late evening insurgency just my make a headless goat-man of the "Liar-in-Chief"...

Some thoughts....why OKC? From blogger Vigilant Citizen:

“April 19 – May 1 – Blood Sacrifice To The Beast, a most critical 13-day period. Fire sacrifice is required on April 19.

April 19 is the first day of the 13-day Satanic ritual day relating to fire – the fire god, Baal, or Molech/Nimrod (the Sun God), also known as the Roman god, Saturn (Satan/Devil). This day is a major human sacrifice day, demanding fire sacrifice with an emphasis on children. This day is one of the most important human sacrifice days, and as such, has had some very important historic events occur on this day.”

And:
Incidentally, the compound that was burned down in the 1993 Waco Massacre was named Mount Carmel Center. In the Bible, Mount Carmel was where Elijah defied the prophets of Baal, challenging them to pray to Baal until he lit a fire in front of them. No fire was lit. Was the fire at Mount Carmel Center a symbolic revenge of Baal?

Is it gonna be insured in case someone is offended enough to "remove" it?

Words don't fail me nor does the image of a 5 gallon pail of tannerite sitting on satans lap, being let off the chain.

New York, yeah. Kalifornia, definitely. But Oklahoma?! If the Good Lord does not act soon, then He owes Sodom and Gomorrah an apology.

Hello Mike,
I don't know why words are failing you; Jesus Himself said in the last days men will be lovers of self, arrogant, boastful, ect. Who better represents that attitude than satan himself?
Personally, I believe that what we are seeing in America and the world today is nothing less than Gods judgement. We have tossed Him out of the government, we've tossed Him out of the schools, we've tossed Him out of our lives, and we've pretty much tossed Him out of our churches.
So why are we surprised when judgement comes upon us? I'm reminded of a small boy who gets caught in wrong doing and when informed of his impending punishment, puffs up and exclaims: "THAT'S NOT FAIR!!!!"
America is reaping what she has sown and my only prayer is that the Rapture comes soon.

Oklahoma is the home of many devout Christians, who would probably not appreciate such a monstrosity on their capitol grounds.

The group funding the statue is from NYC, a much more appropriate place for this thing, especially since that is where those particular devil worshipers actually live, and would be able to visit it without traveling far. Their only reason for placing it in Oklahoma is to create controversy.

If you decide to erect religious monuments, make them proportional in size to the number of adherents in each state. With Jewish, Christian, and perhaps Islamic adherents regarding the tablets of Moses as important, the number of Satanists in Oklahoma would indicate that the proposed statue might be about one inch high, and that is being generous.

Personally, I prefer Greco-Roman styles of statuary.

Even a garden gnome would be a more attractive addition to capitol grounds than that proposed thing.

I bet that wouldn't survive against my suburban with a choker chain, cable and about 5 mph of speed.

Anybody brought something like that in MY neighborhood, it wouldn't last a week!

I'm an atheist (but respectful that folks have their reason to believe, and respectful of those communities). But this is nuts.
Know that non-belief in god, is also non-belief in this crap.

Believe in yourself, in your families, in your community, in America.

many satanists hate the government too. perhaps more than patriots. haha.

I suspect most of them would chuckle if that statute was disgured, stolen or blown up.

They are actually hoping for vandalism, I think...they are insuring the "sculpture", and keeping the cast used to make the bronze copy elsewhere. A thorough job of "appreciation" of this "art" should take these factors into account. Certainly nothing like destruction of the cast, followed by a permanent defacement which renders the object worthy of mockery without actually damaging it in a way which will allow the "artist" to make a claim, should ever be considered. You know, like making a small, inconspicuous hole, and filling it with a liquified mixture of chum, feces, and vinegar; which solution would weep through any imperfections in the brazed seams, resulting in a permanent and highly appropriate "aura". Yeah, that should -never- be done.

For those who regard all religion as fiction: fiction or not, you would be well advised to keep a close eye on the kid in the class who does a book report entitled "The Unfair Treatment of Sauron by those foul Halflings."
