ATF quietly laying groundwork to expand multiple rifle sales reporting

Sneaky bastards at it again.

A little noticed and virtually unreported April 15 notice posted in the Federal Register suggests the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives intends expanding the multiple rifle sale requirement currently imposed on four border states (Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas) to all states.

SWIFT said...: Sneaky indeed! Unexpected ? Nope! The entire justice department is corrupt, top to bottom. I noticed that, unlike pistols, the ATF has reduced the number from three, to two, for rifles. This has nothing to do with drug cartels. This is all about expanding their illegal list of gun owners and guns. The evidence of such a list is beyond credible deniability. Will this become an ATF regulation? It's a done deal. Sir, you call me a moron. That's obviously like the pot calling the kettle black.
I'll bet my IQ is at least 20 points above yours. I see nothing wrong with a tactic that can be easily done but which could keep people like you out of jail. Keeping you out of jail wouldn't help the gene pool, though. Of course, if the regulation would require gun dealers to report only multiple purchases made at the same time or in the same transaction, then my tactic would work. Otherwise, my tactic might not work. I knew that going into my first comment.
But, the article did not mention that the reporting regulation would be any other way than applying to a single transaction. The guy who called me a moron is probably too ignorant to understand the above text. That would require an understanding of sentence structure in the English language. This whole thing these days may be making me question the value of this blog. 10 million advancing on DC, indeed. Ever heard of drones carrying missiles?
The so-called President already has permission to use them on Americans off of American soil. It's just one more step to use them on American soil. There are already enough laws for us to be called criminals, even if we're unarmed and not violent, only vocal.; May 8, 2014 at 12:07 PM
