Firearm laws for thee but not for me. "Wis. agent: Colleagues improperly modified guns."

"I wonder if Joe Citizen would get that same opportunity?" he wrote. Just ask David Olofson. The answer to that one is a big fat "NO!"

Anonymous said...: If you or I modified a rifle, making it an SBR, we'd be the subject of a no-knock raid. If we survived the ordeal, we'd be sitting in Federal Prison before we had time to bury our dogs.

AJ said...: If Joe Citizen swapped out the barrel on his AR, say 14.5" rather than the mandated 16"+, and was caught by ATF, would they allow him to just switch it back to legal length? Hell no. The BATF would spare no expense to destroy Joe Citizen. They would kick in his door in the wee hours of the morning, shoot his dog, roust his wife and children out of bed with machineguns in their faces, trash his home, confiscate everything of value, freeze his bank account, and beat the living shit out of him. Even if he won in court, Joe Citizen would be destitute, his family gone, and made a pariah by the MSM.
