Anonymous said...: That's because they don't work for shit. The USAF has for decades believed that Hi-Tech was the ONLY anser to every question. So they scrap the C-130 for the C-17(that doesn't work as advertised) They scrap the F-16 F-15 and A-10s for the F-35 (That doesn't work as advertised) They scrap the SR-71 for drones that don't work half as well. The list go's on forever. This is about spending someone else's money, on things that don't work. (Anybody remember "Land Warrior"?) Our military is less powerful, less mobile, less well armed, and more poorly trained than it was in 1942. We have far to many "Officers" and far to many of them depend on "programs" to "advance" , while doing nothing of real military utility or necessity.; January 4, 2014 at 6:17 AM
