How they're done is the same way internet debate is done:
You start with your political belief and you try to justify it.
You think the judge is going to take the relevant evidence and controlling precedents, apply them to the question at hand, and come up with the proper decision? Not in this country. The decision was 90% made before the parties finished discovery.
The left has their people in positions of power. They worked to achieve this for decades. The media has been their leader or steadfast friend for decades.
This is not an accident.
This is a result, of planning and implementation.
Do you really think that talking them out of this is going to work?
