Darrell Do-Little and the Hapless Hans of the GOP strike (?) again.

Kim Jong Il: Hans Brix? Oh no! Oh, herro. Great to see you again, Hans!
Hans Blix: Mr. Il, I was supposed to be allowed to inspect your palace today, but your guards won't let me enter certain areas.
Kim Jong Il: Hans, Hans, Hans! We've been frew this a dozen times. I don't have any weapons of mass destwuction, OK Hans?
Hans Blix: Then let me look around, so I can ease the UN's collective mind. I'm sorry, but the UN must be firm with you. Let me in, or else.
Kim Jong Il: Or else what?
Hans Blix: Or else we will be very angry with you... and we will write you a letter, telling you how angry we are.
Darrell Issa's latest press release:
Obama Political Donor Leading FBI Investigation of IRS Targeting
WASHINGTON – House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Regulatory Affairs Subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) today sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, questioning the Justice Department’s decision to task a Democratic political donor with leading the criminal investigation into the IRS’ inappropriate treatment of conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status.
Federal Election Commission records reveal that Ms. Barbara Bosserman, a DOJ trial attorney now leading the DOJ/FBI investigation of the IRS, has donated at least $6,750 to President Obama’s election campaigns and the Democratic National Committee in the past several years.
PDF of Hans Blix's . . . er, ah, Darrell Issa's, latest letter to the interstellar cockroach and serial constitutional criminal Eric Holder.

As I understand it, Darrell Issa has been very busy writing letters as of late. He wrote one to Kathleen Sebelius, offering her the opportunity to correct her perjury before his committee. Would this same consideration have been given to a member of the unwashed masses? Or, is this yet another example of our two tier system of justice? Tell me AGAIN, why I'm wrong to think that it will take a revolution to change the corruption?

Ms. Bosserman definitely got her money's worth out of her contributions.

Does any thinking person need more evidence that the Republic is well, truly and inarguably FUBAR? What more evidence is needed?

Now I pose another question. Would a regime such as is in power at this time scruple to run for a 3rd term; the 22nd Amendment not withstanding? Would a party so bereft of honor, decency and morality as to nominate the current occupant of the Oval Office twice so far hesitate to put him up for a 3rd (4th, 5th, who knows?) term? I believe that between the brain dead, the truly dead and the flat-out phantoms who voted for Dear Leader (Wasn't it Stalin who opined that the people who cast the votes are far less important than the people who COUNT the votes?) the White House is Obama's for life if he wants it.
