Bill Gates backing gun control measure

KPLU said the donor list, which stretches to about 135 pages, “reads like a who’s who list.”

Anonymous said...: Of course. Many of those that can buy private security, or who have homes in foreign countries with warm climates, care little about our rights. Many of the wealthy are appalled that private citizens dare defend themselves and their families.; November 14, 2013 at 4:17 PM
Anonymous said...: Bill Gates has always backed gun control measures. Several years ago he backed efforts to pass some very draconian gun control laws in Washington state. The "weenie" NRA spent a lot of money and effort to defeat those measures. So in that case, because of the NRA, Gates wasted several million dollars.

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can't be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won't be done. The Founders' Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.
