Given the victories of the anti-gunners in Maryland, NY, Colorado, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, I'm surprised the ATF hasn't been more vocal in self-promotion. I haven't read any stories of them soliciting more power, in the bills being presented in congress. That just isn't like them, unless it is being done under the radar. Maybe the sting in Milwaukee, where they used a mentally retarded young man to promote the sting, then turned around and prosecuted him for two crimes, has them ducking for cover? I'd like to think so! Or, maybe they stink so bad that even people like Shumer, Feinstein, Toomey and Reed need a gas mask to get up close and personal.
Oh, it's a war alright. A war of the politicians of both sides of the aisle (??) against the God-given Rights of the American citizen (vice the serf/slave). But at least it's not a SHOOTING war -- yet.
