Home Again.

Exhausted, but I have a ton of email to go through and comments to release. While I've been on the road there have been some other developments which I will post on before turning in. No rest for the weary.

It’s amazing how Democrats are always trying to play the victim. This man, Eric Holder, is in charge of the Justice Department, probably the second most powerful man in the Obama administration. His Department ran and is responsible for a gun smuggling program, using fund appropriated by the congress, that originated in the USA and brought guns into Mexico. This program called “Fast and Furious” is responsible for giving assault weapons to the Mexican drug gangs. Hundreds of Mexican citizens and one federal agent have been murdered by these guns. The house committee on government reform and oversight has been investigating this botched federal operation for about one and a half years. Members of AG Holder’s Justice department has either not cooperated with or given Congress false information and false testimony in regards to “Fast and Furious”. This investigation could have been completed the end of last year if Holder honored the October 2011 subpoena. Instead, The Department has not cooperated and then accused the committee of playing politics with this investigation. It is in fact the Justice Department which has covered up criminal activity within its Department and has politicized this issue as well as other issues, ie: The New Black Panther voting rights case out of Philadelphia, Pa. Mr. Obama, AG Holder or anyone else are not victims in this matter. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, his family and hundreds of dead Mexican civilians and their families are the victims of the policy of this government. Congress has both a responsibility and a duty to get to the bottom of this failed policy. The American people, who funded this program, have a right to know. Holder, as an attorney and officer of the court has a responsibility to follow the law and obey lawfully issued subpoenas and fully and truthfully testify before congress, when summoned. He has not and now finds himself in contempt of congress and could possibly loose his license to practice law.
