David Codrea: FBI unsealing indictment could endanger Terry murder suspects.

If the unsealing somehow forces the suspects in from the cold, the gamble with their lives will have paid off, but that assumes they are still alive and they are guilty. If they are instead caught first by the cartels, the adage “Dead men tell no tales” will certainly fuel further speculation among those who don’t believe the government has been forthcoming about its role in a deadly operation that has already claimed known and untold lives, an unfortunate but logical consequence of earned mistrust.

This is little more than a distraction. Remember Alinski Rule #11: Pick a target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. They are doing this by assigning human faces to those who pulled the trigger and caused Terry's death. They aim to distract us from the fact Holder and company have the greater share of responsibility as they gave these guys the guns which killed Terry. When they are found (and they will be, dead or alive), Holder will proclaim justice has been served. We must not allow the media to allow Holder an escape from his own wrongdoing.

Indictments are usually unsealed during the first appearance. Under due process, the defendant is advised of the charges against him. He gets to read the indictment and review probable cause against him. This process places the indictment in the public arena. Once the defense gets ahold of the indictment, it is in the public domain.

Who says it will be the cartels who find, catch & kill Terry's murderers? Seems to me the Dept of InJustice has a bigger stake in keeping those miscreants silent. And there's nothing more silent then the grave.

Check out this excerpt from Arizona Daily Star article penned by Brady McCombs on March 3, 2011:

***The search warrants were requested to examine fingerprints and a hair sample from Osorio-Arellanes, who was one of four men arrested that night near the shooting scene. The other three arrested, illegal immigrants from Mexico, have been cleared in connection with the crime and deported back to their home countries.***

Question: What were the identities of those three men? Not making a charge; just trying to rule things out.

SSDD, More to follow. There are no consequences if you are on the right side of things, their side of things.

The only way this works is if you keep the public in the dark about it and they have managed to do so very well, thanks to the mainstream media.

So they get to plan and do the bad acts and then they get a free ride on the cover-up because the media are their soul mates and comrades in arms.

And of course we wouldn't know anything about such things because like it's never happened anywhere else in the world before. Only, it has and no body will report that either. Seems they are concerned about the public receiving to much information which might "confuse them."

If they weren't dead, they soon will be.

Maybe that's the plan. Why again did they let them go after they arrested them?

Or these are paid standins.

Do the time get paid.

Holder and Obama get the credit.

Soros puts up the gold.

Look at it this way. Problems for the DOJ and *others* will be eliminated by personnel other than and not linked to, DOJ.

Geeee, I wonder who the beneficiaries are???

DOJ and *others*......
